The place is clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2days and a night. There are lots of free parking around. The property owner was very accommodating and kind and helpful. He suggested places to visit around. He made us feel like we’re home.

Carlo è bravissimo! extremely lovely and kind. The property is very spacious, very clean and in a great location. A calm part of Terni but close to the station, the city centre, and the beautiful sites of Terni and Umbria. It was the perfect stop for us in the middle of our honeymoon to wash our clothes, and reset. I would highly recommend this property - and have already to family! 10/10 stars.

Very organized, responsible home owner. Appeared shortly after our arrival call. The apartment is cozy, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a shared living room. We had very quiet neighbors. I really liked the balcony-terrace. Attention to interior details can be felt in all spaces. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, there are bathrobes in the bathroom, all kinds of tools in the kitchen, city maps are provided. The breakfast set is OK.

We needed to spend one night traveling from Assisi (we couldn't get home due to the railway strike) and stayed in this apartment. The owner was very kind; he met us personally, showed us the apartment, and allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment is in perfect condition, has a great design, and is equipped with everything we need; the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there is a beautiful view from the window of the mountains. The settlement is close to Terni's bus stops, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent. Thank you, and we will return (because we didn't have time to see Terni, particularly the famous waterfalls).

    The Apartment offers a lot of space and the kitchen is well equipped, only ingredients needed. Very nice balcony and comfy living room. My bed was very comfortable. Only small thing (not for me but maybe for others): the lock and door handle to the apartment needed some experimenting for me, but I figured it out 😄 Definitely will book again if I am coming back into this area of Italy.

    A two bedroom apartment, a room with twin beds and a room with a queen bed.. air cond on the bedrooms. A washing machine which is not usual to be found in a similar structure. Just enough space to park the car. Mattress a bit soft but ok to rest.

    Terni's interesting! And this apartment was interesting. It’s in a huge highrise with stunning views from the balconies. The apartment is also huge - two bathrooms! - well-equipped and clean. It’s a 10-15 walk to the historical part of town. We had thought that most of the old town was destroyed in WW2 but a lot is still there! We found four medieval churches and lots of other interesting and ancient buildings. We also found interesting restaurants and as a special treat, a gluten-free bakery right across from the apartment!

    A cosy studio apartment with all the main facilities of the kitchen. The car can be parked right outside the house which is very convenient. The decor is modern and feels right at home. The location is a bit far from main city but with a car it is still quite close.
