The place was amazing. One of the best we ever stayed in. Such a beautiful space with great colours, amazing decoration and very clean. All the amenities were as described and everything was carefully done for our comfort. The communication with the owner was very good as well and he was very prompt and helpful with his replies. It is definitely a reason for us to come back again! The neighbourhood is also amazing with truly a dreamy Italian vibe.

The owners/managers were truly helpful and were very accommodating (we were offered a choice of rooms when we arrived; effectively allowing us to upgrade for free) in this historic building extremely well located in Tivoli. The friendliness of everyone is a delight that overcomes any shortcomings.

Very central location, an old charming building but newly renovated interior. Everything brand new and extremely clean! The place felt very peaceful and historic, yet still modern and functional. Daniela was very friendly and welcoming and easy to reach when needed. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Tivoli, if you don't mind a few steps to the apartment and inside (were not a problem for me).

The flat was lovely and just next door where my mother used to stay so brought back memories we loved the ceiling fan ..also how close it was to restaurants and the centre of town .the host was a lovely gentleman who went above and beyond for us all in all a wonderful stay

    It was excellent place. Brand new studio flat with awesome view. Everything is provided and more. Amazing taste olive oil and apelsins, apples were waiting for us. Highly recommended.

    The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough for our short stay (kitchen is a little too small for preparing dinner). It's very well located too. Francesco was welcoming, very helpful with places to see and do around Tivoli, and with free parking nearby. We really appreciated the Smart TV available as well.
