It was very clean, very spacious (for up to 4 people) and very meaningfully furnished. Has everything you need to feel comfortable including a clean sink, good ventilation, clean and modern toilets, a huge TV. Location is an obvious plus being right next to Hase Station. Host was also very responsive (not more than 2 minutes waiting time).

Absolutely beautiful view of the mountain and forest in Jomyoji. It feels very private and tucked away in the forest. Sitting on the balcony listening to the birds every morning is an amazing way to start the day. I’m convinced Jomyoji is the best place to stay in Kamakura. It’s much quieter than the central part right by the beach. It’s very peaceful in a small quiet neighbourhood with pretty gardens and little rivers running through it. At the same time it’s very close to the main attractions. There are very regular buses every few minutes so it’s easy to get wherever you want. Strolling around is also lovely as the neighbourhood is beautiful. The hosts have taken great care to make the space very beautiful and comfortable. The bedding is comfortable, there is every amenity you could think of and all the appliances are there (washing machine, stove, fridge, kettle etc). It’s like having a little apartment in Kamakura if your apartment is very nice. There is even drip coffee equipment and beans for your coffee in the morning which is a lovely touch! There is also a really nice bath and the space is very big! Such a great stay!

    Kamakura was a treat to visit as was this apartment. Communication with the owner was first rate with check-in explained and was very easy. The apartment itself was spacious, well designed and everything you needed was there including complimentary drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend this property.

    Amazing location, in the heart of Komachi dori, great arrangement for a family. Stylish decor. Useful laundry facility in the flat (combi washer/dryer). Well-appointed kitchen with spices, nice tableware, cooking items and appliances. Responsive owner to questions. Huge tv with Netflix etc. Nice bath. 7-11 basically next door is very handy too.

    This is an extremely spacious apartment for two people with a separate living area to the bedroom. It has a washing machine, plenty of plates and cutlery, and is quite close to the beach. In addition, someone checked on us the first evening to make sure everything was okay. There are also some eateries towards the station such as Kino (a wine bar) near Koshigoe Station.

    This is a really bid and wonderful 2-bedrooms apartment with a nice kitchen and a wonderful guestroom. The curious fact is that the elevator opens exactly into the flat (you have your elevator key from your floor!) The matrasses under futons were very soft. Guests with ill back sould be careful and better use futons only. We explored Kamakura from this apartment by foot. The host was very helpful and friendly. We like this place very much!

    When we arrived around 3pm, we were greeted by Toida-san who showed us the key code. She was always available to help us during her office hours. The apartment was superb -- had everything we needed to cook a basic meal, fridge, microwave, kettle. etc. The whole apartment including bathroom was modern and impeccably clean. Right in front of the hotel there's also a bus stop and bike rental (use Hello Cycling app) so it is very convenient to move around!
