Cozy house. Sufficient amenities. Items are new and spotless. Owner is very responsive. It is a small unit for 6 adults. Not much room for our 6 luggages. 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Need to carry luggage up. However, we made do with the space. It worked out for us. For the price paid, it was very reasonable and worth it. Location is not central but Shin-Koiwa station which is the nearest stn is accessible to areas in Tokyo. Love that the house is just behind a shopping street which has many things we need.
