Most amazing accomodation, staff were fabulous and saw to all our needs, they organised ski equipment, instructors, lifts, bookings and even got me some butter when i ran out. The accomodation is luxurious and the best part is the Onsen! Your own private onsen to spend as much time in as you please!

Free Buffet Breakfast with good coffee (must try the Matcha Latte from the machine) Comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Warm showers - essential after hitting the slopes. Friendly staff and kitchen staff. Room cleaning. Free laundry and storage areas. It can be a bit of a hike from the Gondola etc but with the free shuttle busses running you’ll be dropped off 2 minutes away from the property.

The soundproofing was excellent, the space was very warm and comfortable. The interior was good as well. It takes 10mins to ski resort by car and the supermarket was nearby. I like the hotel and will come back next year.
