we stayed here for 4 nights on the second floor.. we liked the quiet and peacefull place close to the JR station. The family markt and green grocery stores are very close. The host was very helpful and promptly answered our questions. the house is very clean and comfortable. ideal for a family or for people that need a good night rest.

The location was amazing - barely a block away from the train station and directly on the Express Line coming from Narita airport. It made it a perfect place to stay without needing to drag bags on and off the train across multiple lines/transfers to reach hotels closer to the guts of the city. It also made for a quiet area to relax in when done exploring the city for a day. There are plenty of close-by restaurants (both chain and not), as well as plenty of izakaya, that it makes finding a meal only difficult in deciding what you want and how far you really want to walk to get there.
