Camilas the host was nothing but amazing. I came with my daughter and two elderly parents and he was nothing but hospitable by always checking up on us. Our room was so amazing felt so comfortable with all the amenities made us feel like we were home. I can not wait to come back to Negambo on my next vacation.

We had a great stay at this hotel with friendly staff & an owner. Room is well decorated, clean, and well organized. The beach is just few steps away. The sunset from the balcony was stunning with the sea breeze. So many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Everything we needed was in the room. Very clean, great view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the pool, it was very clean. All was perfect and staff was very friendly and the communication was perfect too. Location was great, as we had plenty of restaurants around. Easy access to the beach :) all perfect!

We loved the stay in this property. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful place. The location was very convenient with easy access to the public transport, shops etc. Very closer to the beach & restaurants as well (about 15mins walk). There's a food stall right next to the building for breakfast & lunch. The staff were very friendly & polite. Will definitely visit again in the near future.

Fantastic location. Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the airport. The house is absolutely beautiful and everything is immaculate. I stayed in the single room and it was spotless and comfortable. The couple that look after the place are absolutely lovely. There is nothing they would not do for you. They even gave me a welcome papaya drink, cut up mango and gave me tea and cake as I got ready to leave the next morning. I can’t recommend this place enough when in Negombo.

    Wow, what a place!! And a real hidden gem. It was a shame we couldn’t stay here for longer as we were only in Negombo to catch our flight the next morning. We had basically an entire apartment to ourselves! The facilities here were amazing and the room was very comfortable with working air con. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. If you are reading this review, trust me, just book this place. Even if it’s a little outside your budget, do it. You won’t regret it!!

    Big modern apartment, with a beautiful balcony and veiw. Location great, pool great and staff can’t do enough for you. You can use free bikes to go and explore the local area, it was a lovely way to spend the last part of our holiday. So glad we booked and we loved Negombo. Would highly recommend.
