Camilas the host was nothing but amazing. I came with my daughter and two elderly parents and he was nothing but hospitable by always checking up on us. Our room was so amazing felt so comfortable with all the amenities made us feel like we were home. I can not wait to come back to Negambo on my next vacation.

✨ Excellent location , very clean 🧼 and luxurious, with a wonderful balcony 🌅 offering a breathtaking sea view 🌊. The bed 🛏️ was large and extremely comfortable 😴, and all necessary amenities were provided, including a big refrigerator , microwave oven, and quality cutlery 🍽️. The host, Ashini 🤝, was very friendly 😊 and even arranged a good English-speaking driver 🚖 for our transfers. Highly recommended 👍💯

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!

The place was super calm and quiet. The rooftop had a nice pool. It was very clean and very private. The lady who was managing the property Ms Nadeesha and Mr Roshan were very helpful with the stay and the were doing the needful. Good luck guys ! 😊

Nice accommodation with friendly staff. So convenient with many food options around, close to Negombo beach so that was a bonus. We came straight from the airport, stayed 2 nights and went down south to Galle beach.

    Wow, what a place!! And a real hidden gem. It was a shame we couldn’t stay here for longer as we were only in Negombo to catch our flight the next morning. We had basically an entire apartment to ourselves! The facilities here were amazing and the room was very comfortable with working air con. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. If you are reading this review, trust me, just book this place. Even if it’s a little outside your budget, do it. You won’t regret it!!

    Big modern apartment, with a beautiful balcony and veiw. Location great, pool great and staff can’t do enough for you. You can use free bikes to go and explore the local area, it was a lovely way to spend the last part of our holiday. So glad we booked and we loved Negombo. Would highly recommend.
