Clean and nice apartment. Very value for money. No kitchen installed yet (and you wont get this for this money afterwords) but there is kettler and hot drinks welcome package. Shop around the corner. Plenry of parking space.

The house have everything you need, a hot wooden fire stove for winter, a kitchen, big table for work or food, small garden where you can spend time outdoors. very good value for the price, I highly recommend the place for a budget traveler. It is suitable both for winter and summer stay. I think it is also suitable for a long term stay (month+) because it has separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay at this comfortable and stylish apartment in the city center of Podgorica. Cafés and shops are all around the area and also the main square is less than 5 minutes to walk. Marko was a great host, very welcoming and he even drove us to the airport by car for a little fee (since there is no public shuttle bus).

A recently renovated property, Matija Urban Suits- Downtown is set in Podgorica near Clock Tower in Podgorica, Millennium Bridge and Natural History Museum.

The hosts were very accommodating, waiting for us upon our late arrival and ready to provide anything we might need. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very comfortable, with a central location with lots of restaurants around. We were coming and going at odd times and felt safe, even though the partment building looked a bit dodgy at the first glance :D

The host; she's very professional and more interested in the comfort of her guests than anything else. She made me feel welcome not just to the apartment but to the city & country and she gave lots of helpful information and tips. Everything you need is readily available inside the flat to ensure you have a relaxing time. The apartment is brand new, comfy bed & sofa, the interior decorations are top notch, the environment is super clean and it's located in a quiet neighborhood, ample parking spaces for cars, very strong internet, supermarkets & ATM around the corner, big city mall is just 15 minutes' walk away, you feel safe and for me - it's a very good value for money. I had a swell time and will definitely return if I ever come to Podgorica again.

I booked and arrived quite late but was greeted straight away. (for some reason google takes you to the back entrance, the front one is in between the bars, but it doesn't really matter). The room was cosy and clean. I really just needed rest, was great to have a nice tv and some coffee and even some noodles if I wanted them. A big fridge and a good shower.
