The location of the studio we booked was perfect, offering easy access to the marina promenade and great seaview. The girl who greeted us was nice, on time and explained to us everything necessary about the apartment, heating, wifi and how to get around. We arrived around 2pm and it was great that she told us that the supermarket at the promenade had a winter schedule and was closing at 5pm, so we managed to get a few things we needed for the weekend before it closed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The apartment was beyond perfect — easily a 10,000/10. Every single detail had been thoughtfully taken care of. It was fully equipped, even with the kind of essentials you don’t realize you need until you do — especially for women. From pads to deodorant and everything in between, nothing was missing. Beautiful totally new apartments with the best personnel. The receptionists were super nice and helpful- my husband had to visit a doctor and they helped us call the doctors office and schedule a visit. One big thank you🤍 Parking included which is a big plus in Herzeg Novi.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment. There is a small river next to the house, which creates a nice atmosphere around, birds sing at night. The city center and the embankment are 10 minutes walk away. The hostess was very kind and provided me with a coffee machine. I had a nice time in this house. Thank you 🙌🏻

I only stayed one night as I wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning departure and avoid the traffic. The apartment is perfect for walking into town, in a quiet residential area. We were delayed in traffic coming from Perast and the host kindly waited for me. The apartment has a full kitchen however I ate out with plenty of local and tourist places around.

This property is perfect for both long or short stay. Everything you need is right next to you. The apartment was clean and very cozy. The view is fascinating. Parking is right in front of the building. Nice beach with all the facilities is right next to you. The main thanks and the main treasure of this place (apart from the nice and very thoughtfully equipped apartment with everything you need) is the team and the owner who made our stay incredible and easy to arrange in all aspects. This was an amazing stay with perfect aftertaste so highly recommended. Thanks again to the whole team and owner! Best regards

This place is really great, small but convenient, with a fully equipped kitchen, a really good shower and a very comfortable bed, also a resting area.The surroundings are great too with just 2 minutes walk from the beach and with a supermarket 5 minutes walk and about 20 minutes drive from Herceg-novi. We Highly recommend it!

    The location of Rose is so perfect and the apartment was too! The host was so kind and went out of his way to help us get to Dubrovnik. We were so thankful for his help. The view from the window was stunning right onto the water and it was so nice to hear the waves at night.

    Such a spacious apartment with a spectacular view in a location that couldn’t be better. Super clean and comfortable with outdoor areas to relax in as well.. or sip that afternoon wine. 🍷 Host checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was free to offer advice whenever I needed it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Very lovely and charming place to stay! A bit remotely located, but you get peaceful and quiet surroundings to enjoy in return. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Nice and well maintained pool. Good breakfast. Nice diner.

    Very clean apartment, it literally had anything you could think of. We only stayed a night. The beach is 7-8 by walk, there's a market close by as well. There's also a small pool for the residents. The couple who owns the building were friendly and nice.
