The staff on site were super helpful. We are so grateful to ASamson who always had a smile and always offered a helping hand even when we didn't need it 😊. My family were well looked after and it felt like I was at home. I was also super impressed with the respo se of the home manager who attended to all our concerns and offered solutions when in a sticky situation. Kudos to the whole team for being customer focused, listening and making changes as needed. Will definitely book again, my whole family loved the space and overall atmosphere. We only stayed for one night after arriving late but the welcome was excellent. The flat is clean and well equipped, the mattresses are of good quality and the area is quiet. And in the morning we were lucky enough to have an excellent breakfast, very complete, prepared by the chef in the flat kitchen. We would recommend this accommodation. Communication was very good and accommodating.

Joy the host is charming, very welcoming and truly helpful. I really loved the clean and quiet neighborhood in general & the environment is peaceful including the lovely trees in the compound. I felt so much at home considering I could do absolutely everything including preparing myself home made meals. The place also has a great parking spot and the neighborhood is very safe to walk around. I totally recommend it and I look forward to staying there whenever I am in Lilongwe

    I liked that the apartment is large with 4 bedrooms. It has a washer and a clothes drier as well as enough utensils and appliances in the kitchen. I loved this apartment, i will definitely be back. It had everything we needed as a family with 3 kids.
