    Great location for concerts at Spark Arena. Good amenities around with Parnell on the doorstep, for food. Close to Auckland Strand station as well if needed. Shortish walk to Queen Street and the main drag as well. Perfectly good room for a short stay and has the self catering facilities in the apartment if required.

    Loved the layout of both the studio and 1bdrm apartment as it worked for our purpose of hosting a guest, especially that both had balconies and full kitchens for self catering. It was a convenient location to eateries and retail stores as well as entertainment options i.e. Movies, theme parks, pubs and clubs.
