The Loft in the historic building is beautifully and modernly furnished. The mix of raw materials and modern furniture and nice accessories give the flat a special charm. We felt very comfortable. Parking directly in front of the house was very convenient. The harbour view and view of the Kiwi Rail tracks were interesting. The city centre with its many historic buildings is within easy walking distance. Following the Street Art Trail is fun. Trips to the Otago Peninsula and Port Chalmers are worthwhile.

Beautiful grounds, super comfy beds and lots of space for 2-4 people. Everything had been thought of for guest comfort. Very comfortable stay. Cat came to visit us in the evening which my daughter loved, but mindful if allergic to cats to let owner know. Car definately required as house is in the hills

We really like this suite. The style is very unique, the location is excellent, the facilities are perfect, and they are all of high quality. The landlord is also very considerate, not only preparing milk, butter, bread, but also board games and puzzles, as well as free 4K TV channels. If any friends come to Dunedin,I will definitely recommend them to stay.

    We originally booked a studio apartment but were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment at no cost, which was great. Our apartment was very well appointed, with a good kitchen-living area, separate bedroom, laundry and bathroom, double-glazed with air conditioning, free parking, and Wi-Fi. These apartments are conveniently located close to several supermarkets and with quick access to the centre of Dunedin.
