This was such a wonderful place to stay, it was impeccably presented, the beds were so incredibly comfortable, the showers were warm with fantastic water pressure and having a washing machine and dryer made our stay super easy. The heating in the place was fantastic and the gas fireplace was not only super efficient at warming up the place it created the most perfect ambiance for our trip. parking was a breeze and we were able to have two cars at the property easily with one in the garage and the other parked right in front of the front door. Location was second to none, high enough to get a beautiful view of the mountain ranges yet still such a short easy walk into town I will definitely be staying here and recommending th place to my friends.

    Located a short walk from Queenstown CBD with on site parking meant none of the parking hassles which can make finding a park tricky in QT. The apartment was a couple of minutes ealk from QT shops, bars ect & easy flat walk. There are stairs to the unit. The apartment was not large but with a fully equiped small kitchen with stove & dishwasher. The living/kitchen area overlooked the scenic cable car & had a balcony.

    We had a 2-bedroom apartment plus studio by the road. Studio was spacious, lovely comfy king size bed and adequate kitchenette to make toast, heat food in the microwave and make hot drinks. The 2-bedroom apartment was roomy, 2 levels with parents king size bed & ensuite upstairs with TV while the other bedroom was downstairs with another bathroom plus laundry. The full kitchen/living room was adequate with another TV.

    Nice modern apartment. Big enough for our family of 6. Keys were retrieved from a lockbox with a code at the property which made check out alot easier when leaving early. Property had a nice view from the balcony. Could access a 24/7 laundrymat downstairs. Came with a parking spot. Good cooking facilities.

    second time i stay at this holiday apartment cause we loved the location and the easy access to the onsen! the apartment is clean but, the cookwares were a bit wore bit they were good to use regardless. parking is easy and the host has let us parked for extra hours because we got a flat tyre - really appreciated your understanding and help!

    Loved everything about our 2 night stay in one of the Studio penthouse apartments (#4a) at the Waterfront. The view from the large terrace is superb. Lots of natural light, very comfortable king sized bed, deluxe double rain shower, functional mini kitchen, welcoming and friendly staff, free onsite parking, onsite washing machine and dryer and perfect, central location. A few minutes stroll to central Queenstown with many restaurants, bars, shops etc.

    Clean and modern stay indeed! We were just sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Apartment has a very modern NY studio loft and chic feel. All essentials included and working well in good new condition. There are two flights of stairs though, one from the main door to the bedrooms and another from bedrooms to the living room and kitchen. Dedicated car park in an indoor garage was so important so don’t have to fight for parking on the street. Though the allocated lot is right beside the garbage collection bins. Would easily stay here again
