Alex works night and day to keep his guests happy!!! Modern place smack in the center of things. Still nice and quiet. We had a 4 day stay here, was only ment to be one. But 3 people in our family got real sick from Salmonella from earlier on our trip, and ended up in hospital. Alex was so helpfull in many ways in this situation. Thanks Alex!

Everything was perfect, bed was SO COMFORTABLE. It is quiet, I could get some well needed rest. The shower was hot and there is a small heater in the room. It is in the city center.

We were sent a video to collect the keys from the key lock on arrival. Worked really easily. Great communication throughout. Apartment had everything we needed. Clean. Perfect location - very close to the centre but not in the tiny cobbled streets part. A water pipe burst while we were staying and the communication and quick response to this was all great.

    staff were very friendly and helpful. When I told them had altitude sickness they carried my luggage, gave me a free large bottle of water and provided me with prebiotic drinks . Breakfast is left in your room so if you have an early start you can still eat and take your own made up rolls with you. Excellent service and if not in the loft apartments very quiet.

    A welcoming and comfortable modern apartment, well equipped and a great place to adjust to the altitude. Coca tea on arrival was a big help as was breakfast brought to the apartment. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming with excellent local recommendations. Our daughter had picked up an ear infection and they were able to arrange for a doctor to visit us at the apartment within 20 minutes! They also very kindly collected us from the bus station which was a great help.

    Fabulous apartment in a great location. Clean, unlimited hot water, lots of duvets and blankets. Great self catering kitchen with all utensils you'll need. Microwave, kettle etc. Roof terrace views and laundry machine up there too. Great value. We loved it.
