    Everything is new and clean, nice and modern look. Nice indoor pool is included as well. The location is very good. Not in the busy center but rather quiet place. Still only 5 minutes walking to the center and about 10 minutes to the beach. Parking garage is included, the view onto the river is nice. The host is very friendly and welcoming, answers your messeges quickly and no problems arranging checkin and out flexibly. The flat has a Tassimo machine, so you can bring your own coffee pads and don't need to search for a place to buy some.

    The apartment is beautifully appointed and equipped and the location pretty much perfect. Fewer than 5 mins walk to the beach in one direction and to restaurants and shops in the opposite direction. Lots of walking/biking trails. A park just outside the gate. Dog friendly. Despite some issues, we really enjoyed our stay.

    The location is perfect, 10 meters to the sea... The apartment is small, but there is everything you need, even a toaster, mixer :) we borrowed the bikes and used them during our stay to get to the city center, which is also easily reachable by walking...
