Excellent communication to solve problems immediately. We had a power issue and in a couple of minutes Armando fixed everything. We broke an item and the owner could not have been nicer as we made arrangements to replace it. The neighborhood is a bit old, but well-kept, and we didn't feel unsafe. We noticed police patrolled the area on a regular basis. The host was wonderful. He responded to texts right away, and made sure we were comfortable, offering links and info on several places in the area we could visit.
