Excellent location, next to the beach. Nice, modern well kept and clean apartment. Very confortable many amenities. Air conditioners in living room and also in room work great. Host is super nice and available all the time. Excellent. Strongly Recommend, will stay there again for sure pretty soon.

The location is amazing and close to seemingly everything, including el yunque and the beach! Eventhough everything is close you should really make sure to have a rental car. Everything was clean and the apartment came equipped with lots of basics like sunscreen, bug spray, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. I would recommend the Rico pan bakery just down the street for breakfast. Very affordable, healthy, and good serving size. Was a great stay, if I ever return to Rio Grande, I will once again stay here!

    Hillside was close to the Luquillo Beach, Las Picuas Beach and the main road that leads to San Juan. The condo was clean, comfortable, and modern. Communication with the owner was easy. Getting in and out of the complex/condo was easy. Reliable service. Excellent! Would stay again!

    Location of this apartment is ideal for enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico and a short drive to the spectacular El Yunque rain forest. Property owner, Cesar has thoughtfully equipped the apartment with everything you need to relax and make yourself at home. Surrounding grounds are filled with birds and wildlife. Quiet, peaceful, a perfect getaway.

    The property is secluded, gated and very secure with 24h security. It’s a beach front community and the condo is a 2 min walk to the beach. Very well maintained and clean spotless. There is a balcony for evening chats. It has everything a family needs for a beach vacation including kitchen utensils, washer dryer, beach chairs and beach toys. Parking is included and designated.
