The spot in Old San Juan was perfect; the rooms and beds were comfy and it was all very clean! The five of us enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the apartment. We loved the full-sized fridge. We also liked the pretty, cool tile and very effective air conditioning, plus the super attractive, newer-looking decor, appliances and furniture. It was great to be near both forts and also near restaurants and the shops below. Only downsides were no shampoo (but we had brought our own, luckily) and our daughter was kept awake for a while on the sofa/bed in the den from loud music nearby. The bedrooms were nice and quiet, though.

The host was amazing and communication was excellent. I indicated that I have an allergy to mold and they ensured the room was spotless and extremely clean. The location is fabulous, very convenient to walk daily and out of the loud areas. Images of space shown are exactly as in reality and the apartment had all the necessary items required. The Internet signal was also very consistent.

Susan the host was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt totally safe there, I loved the birds singing in the morning. Also this apartment has everything the traveler could need, every little thing, it's amazing how thoughtful Susan is! Een tea and coffee and little snacks not to worry about breakfast!
