Beautiful location. Always great waking up to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the rocks. the large swimming pool overlooking the sea is magical. the panoramic room is an amazing experience. great restaurant nearby. One thing I did learn is that you should definitely rent a car but everything is at 5minutes driving from the condo. Supermarkets, restaurants, beaches

We had communicated our arrival time and were greeted by Emmanuel immediately after our arrival at reception. He led us directly to our large brand new luxury suite, fully equipped with modern electrical equipment (such as washing machine and dryer), with beautiful views from the rooms that differ depending on the room you are in. You can enjoy a sunrise or sunset, a beautiful golf course and a view of the French part of St. Marten, depending on the room you are in. There are several suites available and they differ from each other in terms of views, furnishings, but all suites also differ in theme in terms of decor and color. It is therefore important that you contact the manager after you have booked and indicate your specific wishes if you have certain expectations. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. There is a spacious gym and very large pool with facilities. The beautiful beach is a 5-minute walk away and has various food and drink posibilities as well as water sports activities. The photos speak for themselves. In short, an excellent stay, perfect location and highly recommended!!!

1401 is the place to stay if you want a central location to a small score of locally owned restaurants/grocery stores, a beautiful beach (Mullet Bay) all within a 5 min walk, gated parking, a well-appointed apartment with every amenity one could possibly want with an amazing view and the most attentive, knowledgeable host. Everything about the property was top notch, very clean, welcoming and in a prime location. It is safe, providing extra safety access to guests. Amenities are walking distance and the property is equipped with a new kitchen giving the choice to self cater or visit one of the many restaurants nearby. The hosts were exceptionally professional and friendly, Louis went out of his way to ensure comfort, even when I locked myself out and messaged him at three o’clock in the morning, he politely and quickly came to my rescue. lol (more than once) very nice place, I will definitely recommend.

    I like the open spaces in the apartment, the closed off gate which gives a sense of safety, the closeness to everything within the island and the kitchen was really big which made cooking fun.

    We loved our condo, was great with beautiful views. Charles the concierge was super nice and gave us many recommendations . Easy access by car to all places on the island and great grocery store 5 minutes away. Only regret was that our stay was too short.

    The condo was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located. The amenities from available water in the fridge, to snacks, extra towels and linens and personalized welcome sign made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. The updated bathrooms/showers, comfortable beds and high tech kitchen appliances was a treat. Access to the cozy pool was a plus as well. I had multiple conversations with Sabrina prior to our arrival. She responded to messages in a timely manner and answered all my questions.
