Excellent staff. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. For example, they worked with us on check in and check out times. They even called a taxi for us. They were easy to communicate with in person and through the Booking.com app. There is a large reception area with plenty of seating. We also found tables and benches, larder and a place to leave luggage. Our room was larger than expected and it was comfortable. Private bathroom, hair dryer, AC, free wi-fi. A shared refrigerator for guests was on the landing just steps from our door. The room and the rest of the facility was clean. Location is good imho. Places to eat, convenience stores, money changers, tour companies and more are minutes away on foot. Morning and night markets are within 1 km. The area is fairly quiet at night. We highly recommend the pork leg restaurant near the hotel. We hear that the chicken rice shops are also good. We noticed that many of the food shops close early. Suggest checking closing times when possible. In summary, iHome is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Location is good and away from the hustle-bustle and traffic near the markets.

I like about everything! It feels safe, great location just few minutes walk to Central Hatyai and Asean Night Bazaar. The neighbourhood is safe and sound. The facilities is complete, we even sit and spend time in the living room and having breakfast together in the kitchen. The house is simple yet comfy. We had a great time and rest here. Even the owner is kind-hearted. Thank you and we'll surely visit again! 😊💗

The internet at first is not working well but the host able to sort it out the soonest and she always follow up with the guest if any request. Host is super friendly and kind. incredibly clean - have a dust allergy & never sneezed once (Did mention to host though!) A speciality coffee stall just 3 minutes down the road, another 5 mins from a famous dimsum place pillows are soft, bed is amazing, thread count is okay - not sure why there was a previous review mentioning this Generally walkable, but very dark at night - most of your first floor neighbours don't lock their doors, so i assume it's incredibly safe in the area building is quiet, haven't seen anyone through the 3 nights great for digital nomads if you are used to solo travelling & want a space to be undisturbed, desk available for laptop work Booked for the unique window aesthetic, you'll get some good window shots for content in the morning if you are into that kind of thing Good breakfast, host offer to pick me up & send me off as well

I really love the layout n design. The whole 3rd floor r my, from balcony to backyard. Everything is keyless n high-tech security system. Another thing i like is toilet, so clean n nice.. facilities and accommodation really good 👍.

    Love it,best place to stay. Just few mins walk to central mall. Few mins by bike to greenway night market, kakyah sup kawah, lee gardens. And the bus station ( minivan, to patani,golok,bukit kayu hitam to anywhere basically) just under 15mins walk or can get a grab for 80baht. Near bike rental place too. The staff is so helpful. I had to checkout at 6am to go to bus station. He is very helpful. Thank you, sir. Sorry to bother your sleep.hehehe. for sure will recommend to kawan2 saya! Love from malaysia.

    Beautifully decorated and outfitted condo in a great location. Easy self check in. Host was super nice and took good care of us. Having the separate bedroom was fantastic over a typical hotel room. . Game room next to pool was awesome. Billiards, foosball and air hockey were a lot of fun. Highly recommend when staying in Hat Yai.
