The location is fantastic — just about 10 minutes from the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient if you have a connecting flight and need a place to rest for a few hours. What truly made our stay special, though, was the host and his family. They were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful. Despite the fact that we booked the apartment very last minute — literally half an hour before arrival, and in the very early morning — the host greeted us with such kindness and made us feel at home right away. He helped us settle in, arranged breakfast, organized a taxi to the airport, and even assisted us with ordering food. Thanks to him, we were not only able to sleep and rest properly, but also felt taken care of as if we were staying with friends. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and we are very grateful for his hospitality.

Accommodation was great. Good location, it is literally in the centre - any transportation is available. Apartment was comfortable, has all the amenities. Also it was pretty cold weather outside, so they turned on the heating. Perfect value for the price.

    Staff are great, friendly and helpful and the do go above to help where they can. We had 2 x 2bed apartment and 1 x double bed for a family gathering, so spent a lot of time in the property. The larger apartments were spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The location was great for us, it's calm and quiet neighbourhood with cafes and a shop near by.

    The property is located in a nice part of the town. There are lots of stores and restaurants around. There is also a playground down the road for families with kids. The apartment has all basic utilities, and it's sufficiently clean (could be cleaner - but nothing particularly disturbing). It's generally a quiet neighbourhood. The staff is extremely polite and helpful.

    The deluxe suite is spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Our apartment faced the back of the hotel rather than the busy main road so was very quiet. Good location close to train station and metro as well as shops and restaurants.

    Big and clean apartment close to the train station ( YHT). friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Walking distance to busy areas and Anitkabir if you like (about 30 minutes from the hotel).2

    A great apartment, spacious, clean, well-furnished and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was large and the shower hot. The location is close to the airport so ideal for catching a flight. The owner (Tufan) was responsive and provided detailed guidance on how to check-in and enter. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend this place.
