The staff, especially Theresia, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in every aspect of the service was impressive, making my stay both seamless and memorable. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to an emergency, but I have no doubt that AT HOME SUITES will always be my go-to place whenever I’m in Arusha. Shambani House is like a small peaceful oasis surrounded by a typical Tanzanian neighborhood. You live close to many local families, but thanks to your own little guesthouse, you can always take a timeout and enjoy the comfort of your own small two rooms (bedroom and living room, it even has a refrigerator, and an own nice new bathroom too). The hosts Hancemark and Evelyn took care of me wonderfully! Evelyn cooked the best and most delicious Tanzanian dishes, and if I needed to go somewhere, I could just easy take a ride with Hancemark and his "boda boda". He even has an extra helmet. . I can only recommend Shambani House warmly.

The location is perfect if you want to visit Arusha national park. It is isolated from the noise of the streets, has an amazing garden with palms, mango tree, banana, avocado and so on. You can tell the house-small villa is newly built ang luxury acomodated with good wifi, large smart tv, they even left us some food and drinks in the fridge. Staff is super helpful, we didn' meet them, but we chated on watsap. I highly recomend it.

Everything! We were very impressed with the house. It was very modern and clean. The kids loved it too. The host was very helpful at all times. My husband and I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many regions in Tanzania, many different hotels and apartments and this was by far the best.
