Annie is the best! We were blessed to meet so many awesome people in Vietnam and the hospitality is on an extraordinary level here. However, Annie and the staff even topped that. She organized trips for us and managed transportation that was tailored just for us. Moreover, she supplied us with fresh food and just a really good time! Would recommend that every time to everyone! The room was also nice and clean. The hotel itself is very beautiful. It is located a little bit outside of the city.

The room and the facilities are really nice, modern and clean. The staff very helpful. There bike can be rented and are in Ok condition, but for me it worked well and was comfortable to do a 20 km route around. The location is convenient to go to Tran An boat tour even by foot.

Great experience. The spa was really good. They have 3 pools and they were all great, the rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the bay. Staff was helpful and the location is excellent!

We found the property to be excellent value for money. The rooms were exceptionally large and the fittings in the room and in the bathroom seemed new. We are really thankful to Nhung, who was working at the reception. She was really helpful and provided some excellent recommendations. Further, she helped us with luggage storage as well. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Trans house was amazing, family run business, who greeted us with warm smiles on arrival. Rooms are clean, spacious, nice showers, tv with Netflix and YouTube. Perfect place to relax for a few days. Location close to the beach so we could get some drinks and food. Helpful with scooter hire and general knowledge of cat ba. We accidentally left our go pro on check out and the team kept it safe and kept in a safe place so we could pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
