A lot of hotels in Vietnam are hit and miss but this one is a gem. The building looks new, so everything in the room is new including the beds, furniture, showers etc. It was spotless clean, had a great little balcony, was in a perfect location and had amazing coffee downstairs. The interior was really well designed too. Don’t worry about it only having 2 reviews, this place was better than the other hotels that we stayed at with hundreds of reviews. 10% off coffees downstairs too. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, pristine cleanliness, there was a small built-in kitchen, washing machine on the top floor (which saved us a lot of time, nerves, and money on laundry), a terrace with a view on the top floor. The staff would clean the place thoroughly whenever we asked them to. Bathroom was clean, with a proper non-glass door, hot water, and fresh towels. We could make tea at home as there was a kettle. Location is world-class. You have a North Korean embassy right at the corner and the Lenin Park right behind the block. Jokes aside, it‘s a walking distance to the Old Quarter, numerous lakes, and all the nice cafes but without the unbearable touristy hassle of the Old Quarter. Overall, a great place to stay!

    Delightful, spacious, light, and modern apartment in a very quiet courtyard behind a quiet street. It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room. Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony. It's also very close to great cafes, street food, shops, train street and other Old Quarter areas, we could walk everywhere.

    The apartment was a lake view studio with a lovely view across the lake onto the pagoda, the apartment had everything we need for self catering. A short taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Highly recommend if you are looking to self cater and want a bit of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the Centre
