Family run business with extremely friendly staff! The location was perfect just outside of the old town and close to many restaurants and shops. The pool was great and the apartment very modern and large . This is excellent value for money.!

We loved everything, the Staff especially. They couldn't do enough for us. Cold towel to refresh when we came back from shopping and a refreshing tea...superb ! Lift to our room. Aircon and ceiling fan in room, excellent. We will be back! Real value for $. Our beautiful reception attendant was a beautiful person and we gave her 10/10. Like being at home this place. Very clean and over a 4 night stay they cleaned the room and changed our bed. Amazing!

The villa is located in a quiet area, but still close to the city center. When I arrived the staff told me I got upgraded to a room with a kitchen, which I absolutely loved. They were super kind and very helpful with arranging tours, massages, market visits, etc. The room was big and cool, because the AC and fan were both working. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. They asked multiple times whether my room needed cleaning and offered drinking water for free throughout my stay. Bikes were also free to use, which I appreciated. Overall, very very very satisfied and I will definitely go back here! 100% recommend it!

The roof top pool was amazing and it's very close to the centre of the town. About a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and most of the tailors. Reception recommended a coffee show for us and we loved it! The room was spacious and the washing machine and dryer was so useful as we have been travelling a while and it was nice to reset.

Linh was so incredible. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and she spoke excellent English. She gave us great local recommendations and helped us navigate the area. The room was clean with a lovely view of the pool. You could hear the ocean from the room. Great value for money.

I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment, and I’m excited to share my experience. The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable. It’s perfectly situated between the breathtaking old town and the beautiful beach, giving you the best of both worlds. In the evenings, the old town truly comes alive, with its charming lantern-lit streets and lively atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to take a stroll, grab a bite, and soak in the culture. During the mornings and afternoons, the beach is the ideal spot to relax, swim, and enjoy the warm sun and the calming sound of the waves. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly. I was picked up from the airport right on time, and Nana, the amazing host, had already prepared everything for me. It was such a relief to know that everything was organized from the moment I landed. Nana even had a motorbike ready for me, so I could immediately start exploring the surrounding area. The freedom to ride around and discover local spots was a major highlight of my stay. As for the apartment itself – wow, it’s an absolute gem! It’s massive, offering so much space and comfort. There are two huge balconies, which quickly became my favorite spots. The views over the lush green rice fields are just stunning. Every morning when I woke up, I would take a few moments to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. It’s so peaceful and relaxing to start the day with such beautiful surroundings. And let’s talk about the pool – it’s fantastic! After spending time admiring the views or exploring the area, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to cool down and unwind. The pool area is well-maintained and offers a great spot to just chill and relax. It really adds to the whole experience of staying here, making it feel like a true retreat. One of the standout features of this apartment is how well it blends luxury with the natural beauty of the surroundings. The apartment was very clean and also our contact person Tim was very nice and organized everything perfectly. One more note: I can highly recommend the apartment, but the hotel is still half under construction and the construction site noise is correspondingly loud in the second half. The apartment is in the first half and therefore you don't hear any of the noise. :) I would rather book the apartment than directly at the hotel, as it is possible that you will also be accommodated in the second half. Thanks again to Tim for the great organization and also to the hotel staff, who were almost always very accommodating 😊

    It's a spacious, light, entire apartment with cooking facilities, washing machine etc Gorgeous garden courtyard. It's on a picturesque, quiet back lane with real families for neighbours ... but only a few minutes over the bridge to the morning market. Free use of bicycle. The owner greeted me with fresh fruit and was responded quickly to every request. This is THE place to stay in Hoi An. Loved the dogs.
