When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! I was very surprised by the comfort of the rooms. As well as being large, they had everything we needed. Check-in, even though we arrived late, was quick and easy. Everything was excellent.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had such a nice homely feel to it. We felt as if we were at home. We stayed just for two nights but it felt like it was our apartment we had lived in forever. The staff were lovely. Smiles all round! We will definitely be back.
