The transfer bus stop from the airport is in 7 min walking, metro station also in the same distance, the city centre with sights is also easy to reach. There are small supermarkets right next to the building and very good restaurants on the same street. I had direct communication with the owner in WhatsApp and he answered very quickly to my questions.
