The property offers quiet street views. The location was very good, 900m walk to public pier from which we took a boat to Corcovado. It also has some good sodas nearby. Moreover, the apartment itself is very spacious, clean and overall feels new. Finally, hosts allowed us to park a car nearby the apartments for few days, while we away to the Corcovado park either overnight stay.

Can’t speak highly enough of the Friendly and helpful staff. Nice private decking with fan out front of apartment. Very clean. Close walk to quieter beach. Nice pool. Daily cleaning. Staff helped organize laundry for us. Good quantity of towels (bath, hand, pool and face washer towel per person) which were changed whenever needed. Cooking facilities and fridge in room. Not a hostel vibe, but still got to know neighbors.

It is located 14 km from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary and provides a shared kitchen. The aparthotel offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Would rate 10+ out of 10. Excellent and friendly hosts, very welcoming, kind and caring!! Clean rooms and a beautiful cozy place close enough to the beach and supermarkets!! Loved the pool, community kitchen, rooms, facilities and most of all the family oriented set-up with amazing people!! Would definitely come back again.
