You can enjoy a sea view from the balcony. Beautiful building with well decorated and put together rooms! Anyone wondering about how close it is to the beach, it’s practically beach front taking only about 100 steps from property to water. Very nice and quiet. Equidistant to town where food and bars are and beach bars and water in the other direction. Wonderful place to stay to feel real BoaVista experience instead of large inclusive tourist hotels. Owners are extremely easy to communicate with and help manage any exploration you want to do on the Island. Top notch!

There are also really nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets a couple of minutes up the road which we found really convenient. Lavínia was an amazing host, responding to messages quickly, and even offered to clean the apartment half way through our stay. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Lovely appartment close to the beach and the center. I arrived in the middle of the night and the owner was there to welcome me. The house is at the location of the map on booking, so easy to find. The owner is waiting at the balcony, so i found it really easy. For boa vista prices, really amazing. Yes it is a busy street, you won't find yourself on the balcony but luckily you have lots of cafes or the beach to chill. The kitchen it a bit limited, maybe a frying pan would be nice, but in the basicness you can still make everything you want (i also assume you are not going to cook all out since its a holiday). Bed is comfi and big. Its really not that hot during the night, so a fan is more than enough (i didn't even need it).
