Within 500 metres from the beach, King’s Holiday Apartments features a free-form pool with a stone-paved sun terrace. It offers apartments with kitchenette and view over the pool and the old town of Paphos. Had a great experience with my second time in these apartments. They boast an excellent location, within easy reach of the best local beach (Venus, could swim in November, which is a win), grocery store, restaurants and old town. The apartment provides just what you need without excess for a really competitive price, and cooking fans will appreciate the variety of utensils and appliances. I even stayed twice in the same apartment and it did feel like home, lol. My special thanks go to Nikos and Andreas (who picked us up anyway even though the flight arrived with a 4 h delay), may their family business thrive and continue welcoming guests

Overlooking the pool or the garden, the apartments and houses of Elysia have a seating area with sofa and a kitchen with fridge and stove. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and an LCD TV. The private bathroom comes with a bathtub. Everything was magnificent. Highly recommend.

It offers self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Such an unparalleled view from your apartment balcony! Best view we ever had! Very friendly hosts, great garden, nice shower... They provided complimentary coffee, tea and some drinks in the fridge. Spacious room. We definitely recommend this place.

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The room were absolutely the same as in the pictures. Essentially it's a room with a bathroom and a lovely large patio. But what the owner has done is truly think about the needs of travellers. Firstly, I love the way the rooms are named after cities, it's different and appeals to my love of quirkiness. The room is designed for absolute comfort, I literally fell on the bed and slept straight for 7 hours it was so comfortable. I had a problem with the kettle and asked for a new one-it was at my door in about 10 minutes! It is clean and quiet, the bathroom/shower is great. I was surprised to find a little electric grill which was great for a bite to eat. The bus station is about just up and across the road. I love owners who really think properly about travellers needs and this is a great example of that.

It’s a good size house with two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Great that you have the small courtyard in the back where we drank our coffee and fed the neighborhood cats :) Kitchen - the basics plus washing machine and nespresso coffee maker !!! Water pressure is really good as long as you keep the water pump turned on. It’s near the bathroom door and it’s written not to turn it off :) Hot water is not a problem as long as you remember to turn the boiler on in the evening or morning. Blue button near the bathroom door. During the day water is heated via solar panels, so no worries. One TV in the living room- smart so you can have netflix and they have all UK SkyShowtime programs Great communication with the owners :) I really do recommend this place for families.
