Owner then met us each day we were there, the first day she showed my wife a separate building with a fire place with chairs that we could use- what a great surprise, kinda kool! Snowed 6" first night and 8" second night- really beautiful area. Well equip't kitchenette with everything one could possibly need. We had been in europe a week, needed to wash our clothes- apartment had a good size washing machine with soap (so nice). Apartment was decorated very fashionably. Basket in the apartment with electrical plug adapters, who does that? Kudos. Comfortable bed. Big TV with a lot of channels and a numerous apps, eg: netflix. Apartment has 2 floors, sleeping area on the upper floor. Although Bad Berka's christmas festival was 5 min we wanted to visit Weimar's and Erfurt's christmas festivals too- both within 20-30 min and well worth it. Such a good time. Excellent Wifi. Parking place 10m from apartment/in driveway. Very impressed, Kudo's.
