The staff deserves special mention for their extraordinary service and dedication. The ample parking was a significant plus. We cannot wait to revisit and relive our fantastic experience.

The best part of the stay was the extra effort they put into ensuring our stay was perfect. I had previously requested a little slice of cake to surprise my partner for his birthday upon arrival and they went above and beyond. Not only 2 slices of cakes, a personalised signed birthday card and a room upgrade. Safe to stay it was one of my most favourite stays. Rooms are impeccablelbly clean, stocked with everything you would need (Cutlery, cups, glasses, cooking utensils etc.) and their breakfast was also outstanding. We also had dinner at their restaurant and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The apartment offers mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The modern furnished and clean apartment offered an amazing view from the large balcony. We has a great experience with the host and the place. You’ll receive a nice booklet with suggestions for things to do, where to eat, and tips for enjoying your time in Merano. The included parking lot is a big plus in Merano, as public parking prices are very high. There’s also a charging slot for electric vehicles in the garage.
