Located 29 km from Cascata delle Marmore, Gli Archi Spoleto 2 in Spoleto provides rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. This recently renovated apartment is located 39 km from Piediluco Lake and 45 km from Train Station Assisi. The apartment features family rooms. Property had everything you needed and more. Nice and clean apartment. We loved everything. It had AC also in the living room and bedroom.

The bonus of some biscuits and something we could eat for breakfast. We left a couple water bottles in the flat and were contacted to make arrangements to collect.

The property was in a great location less than 100 meters from Main Street in montefalco. It is right next to a lovely authentic church. The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco. It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days. Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls. Great central location to stay in montefalco main town.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped The area is quiet. The owner is reliable and provides all information in timely manner.I can only recommend it. If you are lucky, there is a possibility to park across the street.

The most important thing to note is that the photos do not do this apartment justice. It is spacious, with a balcony which looks into trees and up into the historical center of Perugia. The location is convenient, a few minutes walk only from the train station and the mini-metro up into the historical center. The friendly landlady, Sonya, met us at the entrance to the apartment and urged us to call or use WhatsApp is we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay in Perugia very much.
