Just 1.5 km outside of Livigno, it has free ski bus links to the Mottolino ski area. The breakfast is spectacular!!! The chalet is beautiful and designed well for privacy. This place I will remember for a lifetime.

We stayed in two apartment and all the apartment are will equiped very new decorated very well, everything is new from utinsels to bed sheets and towels one thing I love about this apartment is the bathroom it was very modern and beautiful. free snacks everywhere and if you want bottle of wine there is wine available for 10€ per bot. very good collection. Very friendly host, perfect area to store our expensive e-bike's & power to charge them with our chargers! Elevator to simplify getting stuff to the room & biking the next day! Directly located on one of the best trails in Livigno! We will return!!!

Guests can take in the views of the garden from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Oh what a lovely place to stay! Spacious with two outdoor sitting areas, quiet, modern inside yet in the heart of the charming old part of town. Easy walk from the train. Communication was excellent and the apartment was immaculate. Great value. On the main floor is the living area with a kitchen, bathroom (including a washer), dining table and a nice (hide a bed) couch, and an outdoor sitting area. Up the spiral stairs are the two bedrooms each with queen sized beds plus there’s a portable twin in the master which also has an outdoor sitting area. Great lighting and decor throughout. It worked very well for us, but do be aware that the bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms, and that there are several flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Highly recommended!

The owner was super friendly too! The pictures on booking don’t do it justice, the apartment is way nicer in reality! Perfect for a short stop when coming from the Bernina express.
