Just be careful and do not listen to google if it tell you to take the road that goes just next to the river, its the back of the house lol

The property offers quiet street views. The older home feel, the size and how comfortable it was. The area had plenty to look at and so many restaurants to choose from. We went into an izakaya and the staff were very accommodating to us even though neither of us understood the other. If you are visiting cat island it's also located very close to the port and is also close to the train station. Overall from the moment we got there we wish we had more time to spend in ishinomaki just so we could stay at this home.

Super convenient parking and next door to laundromat- with complimentary payments card too. Supermarket next block. Next to road but good windows worked to cut occasional traffic.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The location was a 15 minute walk from Sendai station at a leisurely pace. Between busses and walking we were able to get around Sendai pretty easily. Food, museums, and shopping locations were all along the walk from the station so we were happy campers. The beds were comfy enough and the living room was bigger than we expected. The comforters on the bed were awesome and kept us so warm that some rooms didn't even need to have the heaters on while we slept even though it was so cold outside. We paid roughly $30 a night per person which we thought was extremely fair. I'd definitely stay here again. The hosts were also quick to respond to questions I had before our check-in date.

Great location right on the baseball field, with easy parking if you have a car. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to prepare food. The living room is large and has a big TV screen, ideal for watching keeping up with the on-field action while inside.
