Less than 2 minutes away from the public transport and the best wifi I've had in Europe. Niko was super helpful from the beginning and helped us get started in stockholm with good tips about how to move to and in the city.

Only please be aware that in all historical parts of Gamla Stan cars are allowed only around the island, so you will have to go through historical paving with all luggages by walk. However, the residence is very close, which was convenient, it just takes approx. 3 streets/2-3 minutes to get there from the street where cars are allowed.

We were close to the train station and it was so easy to get around everything we wanted to see in Stockholm. It was close to the supermarket. The apartment was very clean & comfortable & had everything we needed.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 2.3 km from Sickla Beach. newly renovated , located in a building but facing directly to a nice trees view ,we loved eating outside on the terrace , the host is very friendly and was supportive with every issue that we asked for, very close to Gullmarsplan station, easy to get to city center all that with a very reasonable price for August times :)
