The space was lovely - lots of natural light and cross ventilation. Spotlessly clean, neat and tidy. Everything was the way it was described. The tiny kitchenette was perfect and doubled up as a work space for one of us. The host Fon is warm and lovely! Will definitely be coming back to stay here.

The deluxe room which we've booked was very spacious, and we've also enjoyed the balcony very much. Everything was very clean, and very comfortable. The location was great - very peaceful, 10 mins walk from the old city, and not extremely touristy, which we enjoyed. 5 mins walk to 7-11 and plenty of places to eat nearby. We also really liked the courtyard, a very nice place to relax in for a bit after a full day of visiting - lots of plants and the friendly dog :) Also, our host was very helpful and nice, helping us with tips on where to go for the festival, where to eat, how to do laundry, etc

Located close enough to the city to get everywhere kinda fast but still in a more quiet area of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even though their English is VERY limited). The rooms are clean and you’ll definitely have enough space (and the drinks in the lobby are cheaper than at the nearest 7-Eleven). Stayed here for the second time now and they are still great.
