I especially enjoyed the sunny-side-up noodles at the homestay – so simple yet tasty. The homestay was very clean, and the staff spoke English so well that I felt completely at home. They also recommended me to visit Madam Thu Restaurant, where I tried Hue specialties that were truly amazing. This has been my favourite stay in Hue during the whole journey. :>
