Everything was perfect: the house is fantastic, very well equiped, super clean and so lovely decorated. The swimming pool is amazing and the garden is absolutely stunning with rivers of Bougainvillier flowers. Plenty of towels. Everything is very prepared, documented and organized by Janice and Stewart. We had a fabulous time and it was so comfortable that it was challenging to motivate our teenage girls to get out on sight seeing excursions! The house is also very well located: close to some restaurants, in walking distance to a beach with dark sand. Providing you have a car, it is very close to many sites and lovely places to visit. To summarize in a nutshell, book with closed eyes for a perfect holiday!

Great apartment with all necessities and utensils, I loved the kitchen with fridge, microwave and a stove - super convenient! The room was clean and comfy as well. The location was great as well, super close to the beach, a few stores just next door, bus stop near bye. The staff was very friendly and helpful - I totally forgot to take a travel adapter with me, and they gave one to me even without me mentioning it.

The host was extremely helpfull, provided us with all utensils needed and informations(e.g. Vlachos tavern, buses, beaches to go), always in contact to help. House almost at the beach. Bus ticket to Larnaca or airport 2.4 number425.bluebus IT is better to stay outside Larnaca then in crowdy town . I took a walk by the sea everyday. Water in the sea was cool but better on our Baltic in summer. Sea is clean and depth is for small children

I recently stayed at this wonderful property that exceeded all of my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location of the property was ideal, only 10 minutes away from the city centre which was convenient for exploring and trying out the local cuisine. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, making sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating the hosts were when we arrived at an ungodly hour. They had gone out of their way to pick up food and drinks for us, which was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Additionally, the hosts also arranged for a reliable taxi contact for our airport pick-up, which was very helpful and gave us peace of mind during our travels. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay with helpful and responsive hosts.

Host was really kind and helpful, she was there to answer all the questions and help with any needs we had. Apartment has stunning view from the balcony and bedroom - it is really worth to pay for it, and enjoy having meals there, looking at palms and the sea. Apartment had all the facilities listed in the offer, I would also add plenty of electrical adapters (EU <> UK), beach towels, possibility to borrow beach umbrella - it lowers those small additional costs. Parking space with a roof - how good it was to enter a car in the morning. Last but not least, you may grab one or two lemons straight from the tree and play with host's dog - our kids had real fun :) AC works well.
