The house is amazing. You have a view of the beautiful lagoon in Valencia and also a view of the sea. Additionally, the house has been decorated beautifully, coffee machine, comfy sofas, TV, broadband, etc. Even in the most hot days we were feeling cooled in there just by opening the windows. The host was incredibly polite and he was able to accommodate our stay and make it a bit longer. I'll definitely stay over there again, really recommended.

This property is just perfect the owner has thought in very single detail you will find anything you will need for your stay from the olive oil to disposable sandals. the owner was also very easy to communicate with and very responsive to my questions. The apartment was really nice and the owners were really friendly. The location itself was perfect for us. It is 20min walking from the beach and some great shops. To the Ciutat Vella bus is the best option and there are at least 3 buses that go there. Highly recommend the place. Also as someone mentioned the apartment was equipped with basic stuff for early morning (milk, coffee, etc.). We didn't ask but the owners also provided us the mini cot for our 2 year old.

Our experience at this apartment was fantastic! The communication from the hosts was excellent—I received detailed emails and messages about check-in times, transportation, and entry codes. Any questions I had were answered within a couple of hours, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location is amazing—just a 3-minute walk from the metro, with a large Lidl and Rossmann only 5 minutes away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind, making us feel welcome from the start. The room itself was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, microwave, corkscrew, and cutlery. We felt safe the entire time, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A great bonus was their locker system! Upon arrival, we were able to store our luggage until check-in, and on the day of departure, we did the same—saving us from carrying our bags around. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Everything from the service to the facilities exceeded our expectations!
