I loved everything!!! This accomodation definitelly deserves the great reputation it has. Great location close to the port and beach and as a starting point to explore the beautiful Kythira by car. The apartment was spacius, clean, modern and equipped like a place for stable living. The best was the sea view from the balcony. Great actitude of the owners, they are doing a great job keeping the place nice and clean. Thank you very much!!!

A great place set in rural,quiet and peaceful surrounds. Greeted at midnight by Manolois and Victoria due to the usual Booking .Com poor directions. Offered tea/coffee. Accommodation spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything provided for a great stay. Manolis gave me good info regarding the local hot spots to visit plus eating at a great taverna in nearby Livadi. Sad to leave on my short stay there!

Stella and Stathis were the best hosts anyone could ask for! Every morning we had a delicious breakfast, of fresh homemade pies and cakes as well as jam, fresh bread and fruit from their garden. Every day they would give us information about the island, from beaches to restaurants. The rooms were cleaned spotless every day!! The sea view from our room was breathtaking and we couldn’t get enough of it. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we required. We can’t thank enough the staff at Stella’s houses for providing us with an amazing stay! Looking forward to seeing them again soon!!

We enjoyed so much our stay there! The view of the sunset was perfect and the house had everything we needed! Full equipped kitchen the outdoor was perfect to relax during the night you can see all the stars.. The communication with the owner was excellent! Very quiet place, you need a car to get there. When we visit again this beautiful Island we will stay there again for sure! Thanks for everything

Despite the amazing reviews we’ve read for this hotel, the number of services, the hospitality of the hosts, the location and the overall experience totally exceeded our high expectations! Everything was perfect. Athena is an exceptional hostess and everything is like new in this 4 year old building. Although Athena doesnt speak much English, her daughter is extremely proficient, and helpful. The view is straight down to the sea to the peaceful port. Best beach with white sand and safe clear water. Manolis restaurant is just down the road and a small supermarket nearby. Cafe on the beach. Lovely place to stay to relax and enjoy the cicadas and otherwise very quiet village.

The location is very cosy and located few meter far from the Diakofti sandy beach. Very good home made breakfast was served in the morning. The host is nice and very helpfull
