I LOVED the 'outdoor' bathroom and shower! I'd go again just for that! The peaceful tranquility of the bamboo bungalows was just what we were looking for! Staff was over-the-top and breakfast was delicious. The pool was a welcomed event after the heat of the day. Loved the view and vibe of this accommodation!

We stayed in the superior rooms at La Roja. During our month long trip around Bali and the surrounding islands, this was by far the best accomodation all round. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy, the grounds were very pleasant and well maintained, and the shared pool was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly from the get go, and were always on call to help us out with planning day trips/tours, drivers to local restaurants, ordering breakfasts, etc. we were beyond impressed with La Roja, they exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this accomodation to anyone planning a trip to Nusa Penida!

Really clean and new. Staff was great and the place looked amazing, surrounded with plants and bordering the forest. Pancakes in the morning were good as well. Nothing to complain!

The owners were amazing, set us up with a very reasonably priced bike while we were there, and a boat trip at a very reduced price. He even offered to move our rooms further away from the chickens as we were there 4 nights. Breakfast was filling and tasty. Wi-Fi worked well. And the facilities were amazing value for money. Close to lots of Warungs and a short bike ride into the busier town area. Perfect location!

The yurt has everything you may need during the stay, spacious and a nice bathroom. Francis and the team are very nice, and if the restaurant is open have dinner there, amazing food quality. I would go back any minute, very recommended! it is not close to the beach, but that means is also more quiet and relaxing. Definitely easier if you are planning to rent a scooter

Putu, the guest house owner, welcomed us very warmly. He immediately gave tips about where to go in Nusa Penida (beaches and outdoor activities). We booked the snorkeling trip through him and both saw manta’s and turtles. It was much cheaper than going to Manta Point. He even accompanied us to the snorkeling centre to make sure we were safe and sound. The breakfast was outraging delicious, the room was very nice, they cleaned every day. It was only 15 min drive away from the city centre. The hospitality of the family was amazing. They invited us to their traditional Hindu festival (Saraswati) and gave us traditional clothing to attend the event. We would definitely recommend this guest house: it was splendid! Thanks again to Putu, his wife and daughter for the wonderful stay in Nusa Penida!

The place is amazing, in the top of a hill, immersed in the green of the island. Our room was tiny but so beautiful, I loved to stay there. The staff is lovable and very kind. The breakfast was always amazing! Really recommended
