This place is great, really great! But you should know that you and your belongings will be dropped off in front for a little store and from there you (and your luggage) will be scootered in. After that you will have to walk 10-15 minutes every time you come and go. Having said that, the walk is beautiful…rice paddies, other villas, friendly locals, little shops and restaurants. This is not directly in UBUD. It’s better… it’s in a super cool little community called Penestanan. Close to Ubud.

The stay in Kishi Kishi Villa definitely exceeded our expectations! The small villas are very calm, green plants are all around and the pool is a great refreshment. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. Renting a scooter also worked out great. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile. She always went extra mile to get the things done, whether its spa or breakfast or any other request .she left no stone unturned. Super clean acommodation. It is a very cute small property with just about 4 one-bedrooms. Very personal and boutique feel. The room was incredibly clean, located in a very quiet neighborhood in the center of Sanur. Key location close to Sanur port and a delicious ramen place called Red Dragon where I had dinner on my one-night stay at 3 Orchid. If you're looking to have breakfast, I recommend Cafe Bloom which is walking distance (15min) from the property. Would definitely book again.
