Everything was fine.No bad smells,no insects,everything super clean,very nice beds with normal to hard mattresses,a lot and big pillows , fast WiFi,nice and polite owners,hot water-heating was fine.full kitchenettes,big fridge,the kitchen is superb,though we did not cook.nice quiet neighborhood.parking for car at nearby 20m open place with a ticket about 15$ per day,looked safe with a lot of police patrol there.Great quiet location in the old town and near the new.

Quiet room with good room darkening shades even though it is on an alley way, we slept well. The breakfast was nice. The breakfast location was spectacular with a rooftop view. It's a great way to jump start the morning with a light breakfast...I'm a coffee snob...so I saved my coffee experience for one of the many fantastic cafes locally. Great location for touring the older part of Syracuse. Perfect for our 2 days stay.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to everything: restaurants, shops, and public transport. The hotel is extremely clean, and the room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The property was really comfortable, clean and secure. The host was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. and Easy walk into Ortigia, great parking options and close to the archaeological park. Aircon and lift was much appreciated in the heat!
