Very beautiful and comfortable apartment with great location (close to shops and great viepoints in Tropea). Really comfortable bed, high speed internet, kitchenette with spices and all the kitchen equipment that you need. Landlady Santina and her husband are the best hosts ever. I loved my stay at Topazio and it totally exceeded my expectations. I wanted to stay longer, but I sadly couldn't cancel my next reservation. The host and the cleaning lady were amazing, she insisted on cleaning the room all the time, even when I told her everything is fine and gave me some new coffee every day. He picked me up from the trainstation, even though it's only a 15-minute walk and was very quick to answer when I needed some help. The view from my terrace was beautiful, especially if you want to enjoy seeing the sunset on the horizont of the sea. The apartment is completely new and done in a stylish way, everything is working perfectly. There's a coffeemachine, a waterboiler and a small fridge. The area is very quiet, you can basically only hear the waves crashing onto the beach ;) There's every kind of shop you need in front of the door, it's a 5 minute walk down to the beach (back it's a little more, because there's many stairs, but you have that everywhere in Tropea if you want to stay in the center) and also only a 5 minute walk down the street into the centro storico! I will recommend it to all of my friends and will definitely stay here again! Grazie, Alex

Location is great, very quiet. You have 15min by foot to town. Room was nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was absolute great and tasty.

The room was amazing so big beautiful building all of rooms are decorated with all modern furniture & facilities. Balcony’s looking over beautiful courtyard. Walking distance to everything lots of restaurants nearby and a Mini Mart downtown stairs. The host was so accommodating picked us up from train station, checked on us each day to see if we needed anything, organised transport to Lamezia Airport would recommend to anyone visiting Tropea

New furniture, comfortable beds, everything working properly. We arrived very late but they still welcomed us and explained everything. Breakfast is the best we had in a long time. Especially for a person with gluten sensitivity. Every morning they made for me some new delicious surprise.

Despite arriving early, there was no problem with checking in. The lady who showed us around the apartment with her young son was very friendly, explaining everything to us. The apartment was large, we prepared our own breakfasts and ate on the balcony with a view of the sea <3 In the future, however, we would rent a car, because it's a bit of a walk to the center. All in all, our stay was wonderful!

Flavio was very kind and helpful. He gave us lots of suggestions on where to go and what to do. At the end of our trip, he even took us to the train station because our suitcase broke. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet, and we had everything we needed. Walk to the beach and the city is short.
