1. THE STAFF: Very friendly, kind, and helpful. The receptionist was always so gracious and kind. We were given presents for Christmas and New Year as a token of good faith for staying long-term. The cleaning staff were very kind and thorough with their cleaning. 2. THE LOCATION: Amazing location! Central to everything and yet quiet as Rua Da Prata is not allowed to be driven on by cars and other vehicles. 3. CLEANLINESS : Very clean. 4. COMPLETE KITCHEN WITH WONDERFUL AMENITIES : As we stayed for around 3 weeks, it's important to have a well-equipped kitchen.

Very clean, nice location in the centre of the city. The apartment is soundproof to the noise of the streets at night. Everything you need is present at the apartment. Very friendly and helpful personnel, we were provided with a lot of information.

Our stay in Lisbon was wonderful. The apartment was in a convenient location, within walking distance to all the main attractions and close to transit stops. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Port wine. The space was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely fantastic service. Everything was nice, but specifically the staff were so kind and accomodating to everything we asked and were overall so lovely. The breakfast they provided was very nice. The location was fantastic and the rooms were so cozy. Could not recommend it enough!

We were group of 5 and a baby.It was just as we were hoping .Nice and clean rooms ,well organised kitchen .so overall it meets our expectations.
