Very nice place to stay, the bungalows are great and the place amazing to chill and be relaxed. The area of Bang Bao is far from the places with more people and fun so it is great if you want to be relaxed.

Beautiful hidden garden far from the busy areas of Koh Chang but still has everything you would want: beautiful beach, great restaurants, amazing view and comfortable room. Our family spent a week at Yak's and we loved both the whole Klong Kloi area and the bungalows. The "village" is an amazing chill out place with a lovely beach and restaurants. Yak's bungalows might be basic and you will meet all sorts of insects and lizards around but the place has a great vibe. Yak is a tremendous host, with always a smile on his face and ready to help with anything you need. We also liked the communal kitchen where we could make breakfasts and lunches.

The bungalow was super comfortable, I had everything I needed there. The internet worked excellent for all 3 weeks I stayed there. Highly recommend if you work online. Also there is a lot of space which I really appreciate.

- Everything new, everything nice, everything works. - Quiet: No street noise or music. Barking dogs and chickens can be heard a little further away (not very annoying or noisy). - Very fast 5 GHz WIFI - Walking distance to seafood restaurants and travel agencies The snorkeling tour to several small islands with a big boat was very good. I made two. If you like to swim, see a lot of fish or coral, or just want to see nice beaches, I can highly recommend this snorkeling tour. - All 3 doors are 2 meters high. - Comfortable double bed 2 meters long. - Quiet air conditioning. - Friendly - Very helpful A woman (possibly the owner) made several phone calls for me regarding a transport to Pattaya. On the last day she drove me with my backpack to the taxi rank for free. She speaks English. - The reception is in a small shop about 30 meters from the bungalow.

The location on Bangbao pier was amazing. The room had a door sized window which you could open to the ocean with one of those little thai mattress seats to lie on. Incredible. The staff were very kind and helpful. The deck was amazing to sit on at night. The AC room had a water heater for showering which was great too. There's also a small plaza you need to walk through to get to the pier, and it has fantastic little Thai seafood restaurants and coffee shops as well as curio and clothes stores. The snorkel and scuba trips also all depart from this pier.
