The staff are lovely, the ocean front cottages are perfect, and the food is delicious. The manager went above and beyond in making us comfortable when our night bus arrived in the wee hours of the night. Would love to stay here again!

She was genuinely interested in getting to know us and also told us lot of things about Goa, which made our stay even more special. Her hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. I have stayed at many hotels in Goa but this was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean towels and bedsheets. Close to the beach🏖️. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beautiful property. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

The hotel owner is very friendly. He always asks whether everything is comfortable and clean. Property is secured. I can again visit because of the owner. Property is very near to Arambol Beach. I'm from tamilnadu. I can easily manage here. We can see the sea from the balcony. Everything is good here. Filter water available. Small kitchen and fridge also available. Water heater kettle smart tv also available.

A charming hotel with wonderful staff. You could really feel that they cared a lot about their guests. The restaurant was also very good, we had most dinners in the hotel's garden. A green, relaxing and quiet place.
