Fantastic, super clean and exceptionally service minded staff. This hotel really takes your safety seriously. In 40 years of traveling all over the world, this is the first time I have seen a proper fire drill. The fire-brigade arrived in minutes and both hotel management and staff were involved. The de-briefing was seen to be effective. Thank you Grand Hyatt for taking my and my family’s safety seriously!!!

Everything was great! The staff was exceptional - friendly and caring. Many thanks to those who organised a room upgrade for me, Hannah for helping with checking out, John at the heart of the luggage desk and others whose names I don't know unfortunately:) Room was outstanding, and the hotel is very close to the Grand Mosque which is very convenient. Wished I have stayed longer than one night to try everything for breakfast, eggs Benedict were top! Hopefully will come again!

The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. We especially loved the large pool and the stunning private beach. Breakfast was incredible, a huge selection of fresh food, from all different cuisines. I personally cannot have gluten/dairy and didn’t make this known, I didn’t have to as there’s a gluten free selection and a lot of variety so I could eat around my requirements without having to alert them. The staff are great, especially Jem in the horizon club. From the doormen, to the room service, to the waiting on staff - they’re all fantastic, alert and more than helpful. The hotel is beautiful, very grand and very relaxing. The bed is extremely comfortable, the air con is fantastic. The room service menu is affordable too. Absolutely fantastic stay, would definitely recommend paying a little extra for the horizon club. They have taxis on demand, as soon as you’d like a taxi to go anywhere - you just walk to the front of the hotel and they call one over, we travelled to Dubai by taxi, the mosque, the presidential palace all without booking in advance
